Make a statement in any room with a canvas inspired by God & the strength & fortitude of Black women.

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. Psalms 46:4-5 -NIV

God is the strength and refuge of all who call upon Him in genuine submission. Just as he dwells within the holy city of Jerusalem (Mount Zion), He also dwells within us. At Jesus’s request, God has given us the Holy Spirit to live within us forever as a comforter, advocate, teacher, and as our direct connection to Jesus and God our Father (John 14:13-31, 1 Corinthians 2:10-11, 3:16 NKJV).  In John 15, Jesus teaches us that we are the branches, He is the true vine, and God is the keeper of the vineyard. If we abide in Jesus’s word and His word abides in us then we can produce much fruit but, apart from Him we can do nothing and are instead, cast out from the vine to wither.  If we abide in Jesus and keep the principals God sent Him to teach then we can come to God through prayer, ask Him for what we desire, and He will do it for us. When we are in line with God’s principals, He helps us whenever we need it.

In the case of us Christians, bearing fruit specifically means to produce something like the attributes of the tree or plant we are connected to. For example, a vine can produce grapes and the fruit that comes from the vine is similar in nature and quality of the plant it comes from. The key is that the fruit must bear the same type, quality, and substance of that which it comes from. When the Bible speaks about bearing fruit, there are only two options;  it will either be the fruit of the Spirit, which is of God, or it will be the fruit of the flesh, which is against God.

The life of a Christian is not an easy life. We may struggle, suffer, and in some cases even die but, while we may die in this life, we are crowned champions in the next. When we understand how God operates, we can press forward in peace without fear.  We can weather any trial or hardship knowing that God has the power to heal us, restore us, strengthen us, settle us, and then help us move forward.  As long as we remain connected to the true vine, our Lord Jesus Christ, then we will also stay connected to the keeper of the vineyard, our God the Father. Just as God did not allow the Holy City to fall, He will also not allow us to fall. So, get up, be at peace knowing that no weapon formed against you will prosper and that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Then go produce spiritual fruit for the Kingdom of God, doing everything wholeheartedly as if working directly for the Lord.

Plant the seed and pray for God to do the rest.

Here is a sample prayer that you can use to ask God for direction regarding a particular person in your life:

"God, you are so amazing! Words cannot describe how much I love and adore you. Please forgive me of my sins, shortcomings, and of every instance where I did not follow your divine will. Thank you for choosing me and appointing me to a position to help your kingdom. Help me to plant more seeds that will bear more good fruit. When I am weak give me the strength to carry on. Guide me according to your will. Thank you in advance for what you will do in response to this prayer. In Jesus's name, I pray, Amen.
